You are invited to a series of classes in which you will be introduced to a way of practicing Yoga that works for your body and your concerns. You will learn how to practice Yoga, in the way that best works for you, to maintain and enhance health, strength, flexibility, and peace of mind.
In these classes we will cover primary breathing techniques for various health issues; yoga positions — their energetic, physiological and anatomical focus; Kundalini sets for spinal and internal organ/gland health; and guided relaxations that balance and harmonize your mind, body and spirit.
